This dimmer switch is fully functional, and it imparts an amazing industrial look and feel to any space. Just turn the sillcock (garden hose valve) to the right to brighten your lights and then to the left to dim them.
The dimensions are 4 ¾ long by 2 ¾ wide.
This light switch comes fully assembled with the electrical dimmer component already attached. It fits over any standard size single light switch. PLEASE NOTE, UNLIKE MY OTHER LIGHT SWITCH COVERS, THESE DIMMERS REQUIRE SOME ADDITIONAL WIRING. Your order includes instructions for installation, although I recommend that all installations be completed by a qualified electrician.
The dimmer switches are rated for 150W LED, 150 CFL, 600W Incandescent and 120 AC, 60Hz. They are single pole Rotary Dimmers.

Care instructions
Light switches should be oiled (I prefer to use WD40) at least once a year in order to prevent rusting.
Sizing details
My light switches with levers ONLY work with toggle switches (the kind you flick up and down with your finger). It's easy to change from a dimmer or other type of light switch to a toggle switch.
Are these safe?
Any properly installed and functioning light switch has a safety ground. There should be no dangerous voltages anywhere near a properly functioning switch. The toggle switch itself is plastic, which is also an insulator. Whenever you are working with electricity, however, it’s always a good idea to turn off the breaker and double check your wires to make sure the insulation on your wiring is intact, and that the ground is connected to the switch. If the copper wire is exposed, or if the insulation is cut, you could get a shock due to faulty wiring.
Before installing, please ensure that your current light switches are functioning properly, that your switch is grounded, and that there are no loose wire connections.

I bought the dimmer knob switch. It looks great. The Red knob is nice. I was relieved that the whole item wasnt from scratch and it was nice to see that theres a credible light switch company who makes the actual switch. So you don't have to worry about burning down your house. But now my dimmer switch looks cooler than anyone elses. Only reason not 5 stars is that the knob is kind of crooked and doesnt sit flat against the plate. Its like it came a little bent. Otherwise great!
