Make turning on the lights fun! This double-gang design controls two separate lights. It features a sillcock (garden hose knob) that you simply turn in order to dim or brighten your lights. It also features a gear shape with a lever that turns a toggle switch off and on (toggles are the kind you flick up and down with your finger).
This light switch comes fully assembled with the electrical dimmer components already attached. It fits over any standard size double-gang electrical box. PLEASE NOTE THAT, UNLIKE MY OTHER LIGHT SWITCH COVERS, THESE DIMMERS REQUIRE SOME ELECTRICAL WIRING IN ORDER TO INSTALL THEM. Your order includes instructions for installation, although I recommend that installations be completed by a qualified electrician.
The dimmer switches are rated for 150W LED, 150 CFL, 600W Incandescent and 120 AC, 60Hz. They are single pole Rotary Dimmers.
If you also require a toggle switch, please let me know and I can include one at no extra cost.
My lever system has a bolt and nut design that allows you to adjust the amount of torque required to pull the levers up and down. A small matching steel wrench is included with your purchase to help you adjust the tension in the bolts. It also comes with a steel spacer plate, which ensures a tight seal against the wall and prevents wobbling and unsightly gaps between the switch and the wall.
When installing, a good option is to invert your existing toggle switch (turn it upside down) so that the on/off, up/down action of the levers is not reversed.
Base plate measures 4 ¾ inches tall by 4 ¼ inches wide. Levers extend 4 ¾ inches from the wall.

Care instructions
Light switches should be oiled (I prefer to use WD40) at least once a year in order to prevent rusting.
Sizing details
My light switches with levers ONLY work with toggle switches (the kind you flick up and down with your finger). It's easy to change from a dimmer or other type of light switch to a toggle switch.
Are these safe?
Any properly installed and functioning light switch has a safety ground. There should be no dangerous voltages anywhere near a properly functioning switch. The toggle switch itself is plastic, which is also an insulator. Whenever you are working with electricity, however, it’s always a good idea to turn off the breaker and double check your wires to make sure the insulation on your wiring is intact, and that the ground is connected to the switch. If the copper wire is exposed, or if the insulation is cut, you could get a shock due to faulty wiring.
Before installing, please ensure that your current light switches are functioning properly, that your switch is grounded, and that there are no loose wire connections.

I should have taken a photo before gifting it or giving to person intended for. Had come across Etsy and then had seen some of these designs for home. There were so many ideas, however Steampunk Interiors had caught my eye. They were very unique and I took a chance. Mrs Meleny C. was extremely helpful and friendly, and made sure to help as much as possible. I was very much looking forward to seeing finished product(s) (two items). When items arrived, I opened to look at them (items were well packaged for shipping). They were truly amazing pieces!
